We all have our own tastes, and this page is about what I use to get the most flavour out of my food. This of course is tailored to my own taste buds... for example if you don't agree that garlic should have its own food category (sweet, salty, spicy, sour, umami and GARLIC) you should probably look elsewhere for recipe ideas :P

Salt (if you can afford it try and get sea salt to season at the end of cooking)
