Korean Inspired Spatchcock Chicken topped with Sesame Seeds and Coriander and sides

What a meal this was, I am loving these full chickens at the moment as for only £2.82 from @asda you can just get so much from one.
We had a quarter each last night which leaves us plenty for our tea tonight too⠀

1, Mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp ginger, 1/4 cup of both siracha and honey and add to the spatchcocked chicken over night⠀
2, Take your chicken out of the fridge for an hour before cooking and then cook on 180 (universal cooking temp 🤣) covered with foil for 30 mins and then uncovered for a further 30 minutes to get the crispy skin. ⠀
3, Top with some toasted seasame seeds and fresh herbs⠀
