Tahini Carrots, Kale and quinoa with Mixed green salad

Feeling the veggies yesterday and used up loads of reduced priced stuff that we had lying around and presented it to look like a camp fire... 🤣


The carrots were roasted with spices, and a tahini and balsamic mix was added for the last 5 minutes before adding in cooked quinoa and served on a bed of wilted garlic kale


The salad was a mix of home grown tomatoes, mixed bag of salad, spring onions and feta cheese
