Minted Lamb Meatballs with Moroccon Cous Cous, Salad and Minted Yogurt Dip⠀

For this whoopsie meal I used an 80p pot of cous cous and 2 pqxkets of half price lamb mince (£1.50 each) both from @morrisons. The full meal came in at appromiately £4.00 and made enough for 2 of us for tea last night and lunch today! ⠀

For the minted lamb meatballs I added in 2tbsp dried mint, a 1tbsp of oregano and a 1tbsp onion granules, and an egg. Formed meatballs and fried until cooked and golden. ⠀

Served on a Weight Watcher Wrap!⠀

I forget how much I love lamb too until I get it on offer - I want this all over again already 😩
