A feast celebrating my favourite cookbook (again) Fress and the author @emmaspitzer as part of #forgottenrecipescookbookclub by celebrating female cook book authors for the month of September! ⠀

A mix of curry powder, sumac and pommegranate molasses made this chicken super tasty and although I used a wrap instead of nan bread I was not disappointed by the absolute flavour bomb! ⠀
