Muskhan Sumac Chicken with Fried Aubergine in Tomato Sauce

A mix of curry powder, sumac and pommegranate molasses made this chicken super tasty and although I used a wrap instead of nan bread I was not disappointed by the absolute flavour bomb! ⠀
